Step Tonus

step tonus is also an alternating cardio and weight training class but the level is more intermediate/advanced both in terms of the level of exertion as well as the difficulty of the step choreography.  The cardio portion only involves the step while the toning portion involves either free weights, stability balls, weighted bars or elastics.

Doing cardio tonus first will help new participants learn a lot of the moves used in the step tonus class.

Cardio Tonus

Cardio tonus is a class aimed at all levels of fitness. It is essentially alternating intervals of cardio and weight training.  The cardio portion includes some repetitive step, aerobics or cardio box moves.  The toning portion involves either free weights, stability balls, weighted bars or elastics.

Workout under musical beats to develop your endurance.   All major muscle groups will get focused using different equipment such as tubes, elastic bands, balls, free weights, bars. It is a total-body workout for all levels.
