Then women’s Interclub might be for you!
Le Club de tennis Île des Sœurs, offre le plus grand nombre d’équipes féminines au Québec. Nous avons 12 équipes au total, du niveau 4 (niveau 2.0 à 2.5 ou intermédiaire) jusqu’au niveau 1 (4.0 à 5.5 très avancé). Chaque équipe est composée de 14 à 16 membres.
La saison dernière, nous avons remporté 1 médaille d’or, 1 d’argent et 1 de bronze!
Une fois par semaine, les joueuses participent à un entraînement d’équipe avec nos pros certifiés, avec matchs soit le jeudi ou le vendredi matin selon le niveau. Après les rencontres, les pros analyseront vos matchs et vous donneront des conseils avisés.
Il nous reste quelques places de disponibles dans plusieurs équipes. Vous pourriez faire partie de nos prochaines équipes gagnantes!

Nun’s Island Tennis Club is represented by the largest number of women’s teams in Quebec.
Last season, we won 1 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze medal!
We currently have 12 teams from level 4 (level 2.0 to 2.5 or intermediate) to level 1 (4.0 to 5.5 advanced). Each team is composed of 14 to 16 players.
Once a week, players meet at the Club for a team training with our certified pros. Then, every Thursday or Friday, morning matches between teams of the same level take place. After matches, there are debriefings with your dedicated pro followed by an overview of your performance. The pro will then provide you with objective advice and support.
You could be a part of our next championship team! We still have some spots available for new members.
