MUSCULATION TOTALE
Complete strength training targeting all muscle groups, using a variety of equipment.
SENIOR GYM
For a complete and fun workout based on balance, coordination and muscle toning.
TRX
Training using TRX (suspension training equipment for body resistance exercises). It helps improve your endurance, cardio and strength.
SPINNING
Stationary bike training is very effective in developing cardiovascular capacity. The low impact on the joints makes the exercise safe. The class takes place in a stimulating environment with upbeat music.
CORE STRETCH
Alternating static stretching and mobility exercises. The goal is to improve flexibility, stability and take a moment to relax.
ZUMBA
Zumba is a complete sport, combining cardio, toning and flexibility. The choreographies are inspired by all styles of dances: Latin, African, Hollywood, etc.
YOGA FLOW
Dynamic yoga practice in which each posture is synchronized with the breath. This class aims to improve posture, coordination, balance, strength and muscular endurance through a sequence of postures.
CARDIO TONUS
Interval training: cardio and weights. A combination of several activities using a variety of equipment will make your workout very effective.
HIIT
High intensity interval training. Interval training allows for a maximum effort followed by a rest period. The program combines strength training and cardio.
BOOTCAMP
Designed to improve strength and fitness through a variety of exercises done at different levels of intensity.
PILATES
A combination of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance exercises. Using a mat, Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
