Group classes

We offer a large variety of classes to accommodate everyone whether you are a novice or advanced. Popular workouts like Zumba, spinning, cardio power, body tonus, yoga flow and more. Or try one of our exclusive classes: somatic education, somatic dance, urban cardio and functional movement. Please note that we can no longer lend you yoga/pilates mats, elastics, or towels. Kindly bring your own equipment.

Cardio Tonus

Cardio tonus is a class aimed at all levels of fitness. It is essentially alternating intervals of cardio and weight training.  The cardio portion includes some repetitive step, aerobics or cardio box moves.  The toning portion involves either free weights, stability balls, weighted bars or elastics.

Body Tonus

All major muscle groups will get focused to develop your endurance. The instructor may use different equipment such as tubes, elastic bands, balls, free weights, bars. It is a total-body workout for all levels.

Zumba

A feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of different dances like merengue, salsa, reggae, hip hop, flamenco, rumba. Enjoy a dynamic combination of movements.

Spinning

This workout using stationary bikes will efficiently develop the cardio-vascular capacity. It is low-impact and safe on joints. Enjoy a fun environment, motivating instructors with dynamic musical beats!

Core Stretching

A mix of different stretching methods. During this workout, you will work on flexibility, range of motion and agility.

Tabata

Tabata is a form of interval training, alternating periods of intense exercise with less-intense recovery. We will push your limits while keeping it safe and simple with a variety of equipment, which could include: free weights, agility ladder, elastics, ropes, etc…

Senior Gym

Join a community of seniors and older adults for a total-body workout. Classes are designed to improve your balance, coordination, and muscle tone while providing plenty of friendly fun.

Yoga Flow

Yoga classes with a focus on improving posture, coordination, equilibrium and core strength through a series of different movements.

TRX Boot Camp

Cross training including the use of TRX (suspension trainer equipment for total-body resistance exercises). This workout will improve endurance, cardio and strength.

Yogalates

A dynamique yoga/pilates fusion class to help you lengthen, tone, and burn calories!

Abdos fessiers

A dynamic lower body and abdominal workout using an elastic and a chair. This class will make you feel the burn in the best way possible, all while lengthening and toning the body at the same time. You will leave wanting more!

Vinyasa/Ashtanga Yoga

The ultimate purpose of the Ashtanga practice is the purification of the body and mind by moving quickly and powerfully. It is similar to Vinyasa, also known as Yoga Flow, in which every movement is linked to your breath; however, this is a more rigorous style of yoga. Every part of your body will work hard. Ashtanga yoga is for you if you want a challenge and you love structure. If you have sensitive muscles or joints, this may not be the practice for you.
