You responded enthusiastically to our January 2016 health and fitness challenge. So much, that we decided to continue with the challenge concept.
This Spring, each month, a 20-day very focused challenge.
The objective: help you get in your « best shape ever » for summer!
THE 20-DAY MARCH GLUTE CHALLENGE will focus on…
- FONCTIONALLY STRONG GLUTES (avoid injuries, eliminate pain).
- PERFORMING GLUTES (go further, farther, higher, faster).
- TONED GLUTES (because we all want to look and feel good in shorts).
Why are we starting our series of challenges with Glutes? Because training them only for the looks gives you a small part of all the benefits you’ll gain with well activated strong glutes.
What does glute inactivation mean? Simple. Because we sit all day, our glutes suffer from « amnesia ». They are underutilized. Therefore, your movement suffers and you can’t give your fullest when you need to perform. At best, you don’t see results, at worse, you could get injured. But you can reverse that with « posterior chain work » and that’s what our March Challenge is all about.

At the end of the challenge, join us on Thursday March 31st as of 6 pm, as we host our first RENDEZ-VOUS ESPACE FORME / LOLË. Special workouts, healthy snacks, Lolë surprises… Everyone is welcomed!
